How long will it take for my rating page to be completed, and for the service to be set up, after my purchase?

After we have found the right solution for you, the page will be online within 48 hours and available for your customers.

Is it possible to tailor the rating page according to my specifications in terms of layout and corporate identity?

You can have text and your logo changed at any time. Individual requests in terms of design are not possible, but the page will be matched to your corporate identity as closely as possible.

Will I be able to change text on my rating page later?

Yes, that is possible. The work involved will be billed at an hourly rate of CHF 80, at 15-minute intervals.

How can I terminate my service with Feedbackmonster?

It can be canceled in writing, by mail or e-mail. You will promptly receive confirmation of your cancellation by e-mail.

Is the service offered by Feedbackmonster suitable for my company?

Our service is suitable for any company, regardless of industry, that has customers and can be found on Google.

How much work does this involve for me?

There is little work involved, and the effort can be individually tailored to your needs. It is dependent on whether or not you would like to comment on positive reviews that are posted. Regardless, we generally recommend to check all rating portals on a regular basis and keep an eye on your company’s ratings.

Yes, that is possible. Every hotel, every restaurant or subsidiary will be managed with its own rating page on each portal. Simply tell us for how many subsidiaries you need a separate rating page, and we will compile a custom offer for you. We look forward to hearing from you.

How does the customer learn about my rating page?

There are a number of options. For example, you can distribute flyers containing the QR code. Or your service staff can directly draw the customers’ and guests’ attention to it. We will gladly offer advice to find a suitable solution.

Which rating portal is best-suited for me for integration into the service offered by Feedbackmonster?

This is dependent on the industry you operate in, and what your objectives are, for example whether you desire a better ranking on Google or broader reach of your Facebook page. We will gladly advise you.

What happens to negative reviews?

An intermediate rating page pre-filters reviews. Negative reviews are not published; instead. you receive a message via the feedback form. This allows you to respond directly and to contact your dissatisfied customer promptly by e-mail. This gives you the opportunity to learn about the customer’s concerns, or your own shortcomings, and you will be able to satisfy the customer after the fact.

How can I, in general, delete negative online reviews?

This is virtually impossible! You have almost no options and influence over these reviews. This is one of the reasons for offering Feedbackmonster’s service. It allows you to avoid negative online reviews in the first place.

The creation of your rating page, including feedback form and redirection of the negative reviews, is available for CHF 25 per month.

What are the maximum costs that I will incur each month?
